You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Tamam is offered on subscription plans. Each plan includes a balance of usage credits each month. Every action draws credits at the rate the underlying AI provider charges, converted to credits, with no markup.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Credits and plan allowances are described on our pricing page and may change with notice.

You agree not to use the platform to violate any law, infringe others' rights, generate harmful or abusive content, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

You are responsible for the prompts you submit and how you use the outputs you generate.

The Tamam platform, including its software, design and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

As between you and Tamam, you retain your rights to the content you submit, subject to the rights you grant us to operate the service.

Outputs are generated by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. See our Disclaimer for more.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tamam is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The service is provided 'as is'.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
